of the coronavirus, it is
little wonder that we may start feeling anxious.
Anxiety about this virus can set off a whole range of thoughts,
feelings,
and reactions. These can range from panic,
social withdrawal, anger,
difficulty concentrating and
hyper vigilance for your
health. If you feel you need to talk,
and you need support The Therapy Centre
is now offering telephone counselling sessions.
Telephone counselling is just
like having a face-to-face counselling session,
except you’re talking to a trained counsellor
over the phone.
You can arrange counselling sessions
whenever it's convenient for you.
We have slots available in the daytime
and also evenings and weekends.
Payment will be by bank transfer.
The cost of counselling may vary depending on your
circumstances.

' I
am walking the South West Coast Path', this will be an epic
eight-week hike, beginning at Minehead Sommerset and finishing
in Poole Dorset. We aim to complete the full 630 miles. (but
make a pledge to our sponsors to complete a minimum of 500 miles
! )
This hike is in aide of a local non -profit organization based
in Bridlington called The Therapy Centre. This is a place very
dear to my heart, who do incredible work to support anyone and
everyone in need. Under the extraordinary leadership of its
Director Jo Stephenson, this small dedicated team work to
support some of the most vulnerable people in society. Giving
hope, dignity and reminding always the power of compassion to
transform people's lives for the better.
Established in 1996, The Therapy Centre UK Limited is an award winning company meeting the health and well-being needs of local, national and international people.
The Therapy Centre, as it is affectionately known, is situated in the pleasant East Yorkshire seaside town of Bridlington. This location was chosen intentionally for the health properties of the sea air and the amazing un spoilt scenery of the local areas of Flamborough, Danes Dyke, Bempton and Buckton.
The Therapy Centre is known for its high standard and bespoke therapeutic interventions, including an array of treatments, specialist home care, residential placements, group therapy and training.
